Party Abroad is a trade name and a trademark for the electronic ticketing and booking services of club events, boat parties, beach parties, pool parties, VIP, festivals, excursions, activities, accommodations and boat/vehicle rentals on Greek resorts such as Kavos Corfu, Zante, Malia Crete and Faliraki Rhodes. The Party Abroad trade name and trademark are governed by Trade Global Limited. The terms "we", "us" and "Company" refers to Trade Global Limited, its affiliates and/or their respective suppliers and providers, and "you" refers to the customer booking, purchasing a reservation, product and or service though us directly through this website, or indirectly through any of our affiliates through whom we provide services. All reservations you book, purchase through us are subject to the following terms, conditions and notices as they exist at the time the reservation, purchasing is made. We reserve the right to change these terms, conditions and notices and you agree to accept and be bound by the terms, conditions and notices that are in effect at the time of your use of our website and facilities.

You agree to be financially responsible for all of your use of this website (as well as for use of your account by others, including, without limitation, minors living with you). You agree to supervise all usage of this website by minors under your name or account. You also warrant that all information supplied by you or members of your household in using this website is true and accurate. Without limitation, any speculative, false, or fraudulent reservation or any reservation in anticipation of demand is prohibited. You agree that the travel services reservations facilities of this website shall be used only to make legitimate reservations or purchases for you or for another person for whom you are legally authorized to act. You understand that overuse or abuse of the travel services reservation facilities of this website may result in you being denied access to such facilities. Separate terms and conditions will apply to your reservations and purchases of travel-related goods, products and services that you select. Trade Gloabal Limited urges passengers to review travel prohibitions, warnings, announcements and advisories issued prior to booking travel to international destinations. By offering for sale travel to particular international destinations, Trade Global Limited does not represent or warrant that travel to such points is advisable or without risk, and is not liable for damages or losses that may result from travel to such destinations.

 

9) Currency Conversions

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling GBP. When an alternative currency is selected by the user, approximate prices are shown in that currency. The contracted price of a reservation will be in Pounds Sterling GBP, NOT a currency converted amount. Currency conversions are generally shown in brackets after the pounds sterling amount. Currency rates are based on various publicly available sources and intended as guidelines only. Rates are not verified as accurate, and actual rates may vary. The information supplied by this application is believed to be accurate, but Trade Global Limited does not warrant or guarantee such accuracy. When using this information for any financial purpose, Trade Global Limited advises the customer to consult a qualified professional to verify the accuracy of the currency rates. Trade Global Limited does not authorize the use of this information for any purpose other than personal use and prohibits to the maximum extent allowable the resale, redistribution, and use of this information for commercial purposes.

 

10) Google translations

We only publish the descriptions of activities provided to us by our suppliers. Sometimes, these descriptions are not available in your language. We endeavour to provide an automatic Google translate facility wherever possible. Trade Global Limited is unable to verify the validity of Google translations and does not warrant or guarantee the accuracy of the translation provided.

 

11) Vouchers

Vouchers will be issued and emailed to you when your booking is fully paid and the vouchers must be printed by you and given to the service providers to receive the product(s) and or service(s) you have booked. The suppliers may not provide you with the product(s) and or service(s) you booked, if you are not able to produce the vouchers. When full payment is received, you will initially receive a confirmation email of your booking and then a second email will follow that will include your vouchers.

 

12) Acceptance of Bookings

The suppliers only accept bookings by persons fully capable of acting and with full legal competence.

 

13) Truthful Information

The information provided on the www.partyabroad.uk booking platform must be truthful. The suppliers reserve the right to cancel bookings when incorrect information has been provided. In this case, the price paid cannot be refunded.

 

14) Binding Nature of Bookings

If a supplier is unable to accept your booking, you will be notified by e-mail within 5 days of making the booking. By booking a tour, event or other activity, you are submitting a binding offer to the supplier, to which you are bound for 5 working days. If you are not notified that the tour, event, activity is unavailable within 5 working days, then the contract shall be deemed as concluded.

 

15) Arrival at venue, pick up points, confirming your activity and compliance with the rules

You are responsible for timely arrival at the venues, meeting point(s). If you are arriving to the booked event, activity from abroad, you are personally responsible for the necessary travel documents (passport, etc.), compliance with health regulations, etc. Upon making a reservation, your voucher(s) will contain information about the meeting point(s) and time. In some cases, you might be required to contact the supplier(s) to confirm. The voucher(s) might contain instructions if any confirmation(s) needed. If you miss your event, activity because you did not comply with the instructions printed on your voucher(s), the price paid cannot be refunded.

 

16) Conditions of Participation

You are personally responsible for compliance with any conditions of participation. The suppliers reserve the right to exclude participants, who do not meet these conditions, from the activity. In this case, the price paid cannot be refunded.

 

17) Payment

Full payment is required upon booking. If the supplier cancels your booking or does not accept your booking, the charged amount will be credited back.

 

18) Unpaid Services

If you do not pay for the booked service or revoke the payment, your claim to the service benefits will be omitted. This will be regarded as a cancellation and cancellation charges will apply.

 

19) Personal Responsibility for Insurance

Insurance is not included in the price. You are personally responsible for a sufficient insurance coverage. The extent of insurance needed depends on the booked activity. Trade Global Limited does not accept liability for loss, injury or death incurred during your attendance and or participation on any of the products and or services that you booked, purchased through www.partyabroad.uk and or Trade Global Limited.

 

20) Eligibility Requirements

The suppliers may set eligibility requirements for their products and services. These you will find in the product descriptions and or booking details. You are self-responsible to fulfill these requirements. The suppliers are entitled to disapprove or exclude you from a certain products and or services, in case that you do not fulfill the requirements. In this case, there will be no refund.

 

21) Cancellation Policy

The cancellation policy varies for each product and service differently and is shown in the booking details section for every product and or service on www.partyabroad.uk. These terms are authoritative. We advise the customer to carefully read this information before making a reservation.

 

• 21a) For the products or services with 48 hours cancellation policy: 80% refund.

• 21b) For the products or services with 48 hours cancellation policy if trying to cancel any time later than the stated (example 47 hours prior or less from the starting time of that product or service) or no-show: no refund.

• 21c) For the products or services with 14 days cancellation policy: 80% refund.

• 21d) For the products or services with 14 days cancellation policy if trying to cancel any time later than the stated (example 13 days prior or less from the starting time of that product or service) or no-show: no refund.

 

The refund will be made within 20 working days by crediting any amount back to the same account (or payment method) that was used to pay for the product(s) and or service(s) that you decided to cancel. If the credit card payment and or other payment method(s) before the use of the purchased product(s) and or service(s) is not honoured or revoked, this will be considered as a booking cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. Further claims for damages are reserved.

 

22) Extraordinary Cancellation

The suppliers can cancel their product(s) and or service(s) without adherence to the cancellation period if governmental actions, unforeseeable or unavoidable external circumstances endanger or make carrying out the product(s) and or service(s) impossible or substantially more difficult.

This is done under exclusion of any compensation for damages or other claims under what legal basis whatsoever.

 

23) Exclusion from Participation

The suppliers have the right to refuse admittance or exclude you from any product(s) and or service(s) if you do not meet the eligibility requirements, or if your participation puts you or others at risk, or otherwise interferes with the proper conduct of the product(s) and or service(s). In these cases, the price paid cannot be refunded.

 

24) Programme Changes

The suppliers further reserve the right to make minor program changes (example: a dj act or performer been swapped for another artist/performer/dj), if deemed necessary due to unforeseeable or unpreventable circumstances, for this matter Party Abroad cannot issue you a refund.

 

25) Time Zone

For time and date calculations, the time zone of the suppliers shall apply in respect of confirmation of the product(s) and or service(s) for your arrival at the venues, meeting points. With respect to cancellations policy, your time frame to engage in any cancellation(s) is calculated according to the starting time of the product(s) and or service(s) you wish to cancel.

 

26) Liability of the supplier of the tour or touristic service

The suppliers of the products and or services are liable according to applicable law. The liability is excluded to the extent permitted by applicable law.

 

27) Modification of these Terms and Conditions

Trade Global Limited reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which this website is offered and you agree to accept and be bound by those terms, conditions, and notices that are in effect at the time of your use of the www.partyabroad.uk website and facilities. These Terms of Business are subject to change without prior notice. The terms that are valid at the time of each booking shall apply. The user has no claim that future bookings be completed under existing conditions.
